This role is more than just coding. As a senior full stack developer at Booz Allen, you’ll use your passion to master new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. You’ll help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. You’ll make sure the solution developed by the team considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.

You Have
- 5+ years of experience with designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications using agile methods
- 5+ years of experience with software languages and products
- Experience with designing, developing, implementing, and supporting embedded software that supports hardware functionality on a wide range of devices and optimizing code based on the platform being used
- Experience with acquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimization
- Experience with basic programming languages, technologies, tools, workflows, web parts, site maintenance, API’s or web development stacks
- Experience developing and testing interfaces between software products and products of other vendors
- Knowledge of source control such as GIT
- Ability to work with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenance for compliance to design specifications
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of experience in software development in lieu of a degree
Nice If You Have
- Experience with Java, Python, C#, C, C++, .NET, JavaScript, React, Angular, NodeJS, or PHP
- Experience with Nagios XI and Ansible platform automation tools
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Experience with multiple OS variants, including UNIX and Linux and embedded OS variants such as RouterOS, IOS, IOS XE, NX-OS, ASA OS, Edge OS, UniFi OS, or Junos OS
- Experience with computer network operations capability development and engineering services, including defense and exploitation to gain strategic advantages
- Experience with advanced software development, analytic development, and DevOps techniques for creating Pipeline APIs
- Knowledge of shell scripting and automation
- Knowledge of relational databases (RDMS), NoSQL, columnar, graph data stores, and structured and unstructured data formats
- Ability to debug, troubleshoot, monitor, and maintain the operation of application code
- Possession of strong analytical and problem-solving skills
